Study of Hopefulness in African- American Teens Afflicted with the HIV/AIDS Virus:Identifying Conditions Corresponding to Positive Emotional Response
This paper provides a brief introductory study in respect to HIV/AIDS status among impovershed African-American teens. This paper identifies the problems encountered by this demographic, as well as solutions offered in increasing feelings of "hopefulness" through the use of support groups. Includes a literature review on the risk factors of African-American teens.
