The Origins and Rise of Patrimonial Societies of the World
This paper will seek to analyze the patrimonial traditions from 1100-1800 that placed women on teh lowest scales possible in society. By making examples of European countries, as well as pre-1100 matrimonial societes, we can learn how the Triangular and Put Out Systems brought women to their knees. By using these tools of slavery, this is how men subjugated women in American and European traditions of patrimonial cultures.
