The Effectiveness and Constitutionality of Cyber-democracy
This is a short paper about the effectiveness and constitutionality of electronic town hall meetings and cyber-democracy. The idea is to return legislative power to individual citizens and overturn the representative democracy that the United States currently uses. While interesting in theory, the idea does not account for definite logistical concerns; additionally it is doubtful that the founding fathers would have endorsed such a measure if ther could have.
