This twelve-page undergraduate paper gives a grammatical sketch of the Norwegian language. The paper also focuses on how the language is used by its speakers. Norwegian is one of the Scandinavian languages, which form a branch of the Germanic languages, in turn a part of the Indo-European family. Today there are two distinct dialects of Norwegian. 12 pgs.
