A Textual and Artistic Analysis of the Daedalus and Icarus Myth.
This paper will examine the aspects of the Daedalus and Icarus myth along with a painting of the myth, to show textual and artistic differences in interpretation. By exploiting the interaction of both of these manners of art, we can learn how they relate one another.
