An Artistic Analysis of the Surrealist Movement: Salvador Dali, Frida Kahlo and Renee Magritte
This paper will present an artistic analysis of the Surrealist Movement pertaining to Salvador Dali, Frida Kahlo and Renee Magritte. By making the Freudian psychoanalytical perspectives which forged the Surrealist Movement, we can understand how these painters agreed with and rebelled against different forms of dream analysis in relation to 'reality'.
