Art History: An Analysis of Art in the Middle Ages
This paper will analyze how the Middle Ages is clearly not a time period that should be defined as dark, but one that has tools that are in the process of developing into the fine arts we will eventually see in the Renaissance period. By showing how art transitioned between the dissolution of the Roman Empire, we can surely a transition, not a halt to the development of western art.
