This paper provides a comprehensive review of the literature pertaining to management of hotel industries. The focus of the paper is on the comfort of business travelers and the conditions which they wish to encounter within a travel setting. Conditions of comfort are primarily cleanliness, quality of mattress and bedding, and access to facilities both on and off-site.
