This paper is a case study of the ethical issues raised by the Blue Suit Mom Case, involving an online company to provide information to mothers. The CEO of the company deliberately exaggerated the size of the company, lying about the number of employees and other issues, a matter discussed here in terms of the ethical concepts of utilitarianism and deontology.
