Business Process Reengineering: A Literature Review
This paper shall, in large part, provide a comprehensive literature review in the field of business restructuring and business process reengineering. To that end, both seminal and current literature on the subject will be examined, which will provide an overview of the subject, discuss how informal roles and powers are employed in a network-type structure, examine how the changeover is managed, determine how such a changeover might affect an actual telecommunications company, and finally determine how managers use social control to achieve order & how the change can affect new product development teamsÂ’ performances.
