This paper is a discussion of organizational change ad the evolution of the stages of this change in an organization. Kurt Lewin's stage of change will be presented and evaluated in regard to an organization. Other factors that will be examined are restraining forces and how to implement changes successfully within an organization. These perspectives on change will be discussed in detail and recommendations offered.
