This paper is a discussion of conflict resolution. The paper focuses on a specific community related situation and presents a proposal and a response to conflict in the discussed community. A Request for Proposal (RFP) is examined and suggestions are given. In addition moral conflicts in the context of the hypothetical community conflict are addressed and examined.
