; This paper will address three questions in regard to creative thinking. Creative thinking will be discussed and briefly explained. The first question that will be addressed is how metaphors can be used to look at organization structure. The next question will be a revision of the Soft System Methodology in all of its seven stages, including a brief description of what the intention of the Soft System is. The last question will apply these stages to the Ambo side. A brief description of the Ambo side will also be included in this portion
