Creditor Classes in Legislation for New Zealand and Affiliated Countries
This paper will examine the current creditor laws that now control New Zealand legislation in the Companies Act of 1993. Also, we can see how creditor classes fit into cases in law, and how they work with countries such as Hong Kong and Great Britian. By understanding these perspectives in business law, we can learn how creditors have limited legal protection in Companies Act.
