This four-page undergraduate paper analyzes Age discrimination keeping in view the law of Employment. It discusses the reasons behind age discrimination and what has been done to curtail it. Age discrimination lawsuits are particularly damaging to employers. It may cost an employer a lot of money to discriminate on the basis of age. Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 protects older workers or job applicants against ageism.
