This paper is written about an interview to support research. The interview was conducted with an entrepreneur running a 175-seater restaurant and bakery in Crystal Lake, Illinois. The restaurant, unveiled in 1975 not only has its own bakery that serves homemade pies, cakes and pastries, but also has a wide selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes, including pasta, steak and entrees.
