Leadership by Example: A Personal Experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager at a Fiber Optics Company.
This example of leadership is based on an experience I had as a Director of Sales and Marketing at a new company. The idea of this experience is on delivering a fiber optic product (integrated circuits) on time in a very competitive environment (competing against entrenched competition). In the process of leading this new company, I rallied the whole company to deliver the product on time with great success. By showing the example of a leader who leads by action, I was able to complete this task with efficiency, and the ability to assume responsibility for creating a positive vibe in the workplace
