This paper encompasses a discussion of strategic plans and business plans. The paper specifically addresses and examines the components of each of the plans. In addition a detailed discussion and examples of how business and strategic plans are used is included in the paper. Why an organization would choose one plan over the other and the cir instances in which one plan would be more successful than the other are discussed in the paper as well.
