The More Everything Changes, the More Everything Stays the Same: The War on Terror from 9/11 to Iraq, for the Corporate World
This paper shall examine the effects of the September 11th terrorist attacks and the U.S. War on Terror on corporate culture of the United States. Specifically, the ramifications of the changed global climate on the domestic economy, the operations of U.S. businesses, and Human Resources and internal relations within a corporate environment. After reviewing major events and their effects, the demands of the post 9/11 business world and the need to lead effectively within an abruptly altered situation will be discussed.
