This paper discusses the costs of turnovers. The paper discusses a nightclub called NightLife, a fictional nightclub. Employees often quit for a variety of reasons, but knowing the reasons can help managers cut back on having employees quit. When employees quit for any reason, it costs the club. Training, interviewing, ads, and other expenses occur when someone quits. The goal of this paper is to discuss costs due to turnovers and show ways to help prevent them.
