This paper examines the court system in Canada as well as the Judges appointed to the Supreme Court of Canada. The author suggests that Canada should follow its American counterparts and be accountable to the public and the other branches of Government which in turn means that it is accountable to the people. 11 pgs. 12 f/c. 10b.
