This 3-page undergraduate paper presents an analysis of media and mass communications. The author keeps a media log for three days, recording interaction with mass media. This paper then answers a number of questions about that interaction. This paper presents a clear introduction to the paper and a summary of the authors media consumption during three days. This paper then applies the container metaphor to the media consumption described, and uses the educational or informative function of media to further explore the authors media consumption during the three day period. Finally, this paper examines the media interaction through a Feminist, Marxist, and Post-modern lens. The media log is included at the end of the paper.
