This five page paper looks at the idea of education and why it is used as a political tool to gain votes. The paper uses the english model of education with some reference to the United States of America. the paper also looks at the ideas used by governments to save money and cut costs of education to bring in money from elsewhere rather than subsidise the education of adults.
