This paper addresses several bulleted points on wrongful imprisonment. The theme in this paper is that there are already policies in place designed to help ensure that wrongful imprisonment does not happen. However, reform is needed in respect to making certain that policy matches with intent. This paper argues that reform of existing policy is needed.
