This essay looks at one of the key concepts that is looked at in product and drug safety, is there a short-term feasibility of pursuing a certain policy? Indeed, it is almost impossible to decide whether doing one thing is more important than doing something else in the long-term. This is especially true in the context of what we can consider a "risk." The key is to decipher what the resources spent in the present can succeed in doing in the short-term future.
