The saying is that an apple a day will keep the doctor away, but I believe a banana a day will keep the doctor away. Why do I love bananas? The long yellow skin of a banana is easy to peel as it opens the fruit to a sweet taste that can satisfy as a great snack before rushing to go to class or other places. Bananas are my favorite fruit because they taste great, they fit into great recipes, and they may be the cure for all for some illnesses.
